One of the biggest problems poeple have is a lack self esteem. Most times you don't recognize it but if you think about the problems you have and how you reacted in some situations you'll often see it's the result of your self esteem. If you cannot love every aspect of yourself you're not able to really love others.
Think of it, there are surely people you think of more worthy than yourself, even if it's just in your subconscious mind. To solve this problem you can to do so called self esteem activities. This are actions that train you to feel comfortable around others, to recognize that your as worthy of feel more worthy than others, what pushes your self esteem.
Self esteem Activities you can do: Talk to strange people on the street and be friendly, connect with new people in discos or in business. If you imagine something and think "If i did this, it would be funny", then just do it, even if it's a bit crazy ( Don't exaggerate ). Training is the only real possibility to beat old habits, so don't search any excuses and start doing self esteem activities.
